There are several ways to get to us from Miami, Fort Lauderdale or Key West. We've received the best guest feedback from those choosing FlixBus. FlixBus (www.FlixBus.com) has multiple pick up and drop off points in Miami from the airport (Miami Intermodal Center) to the fun and festive Bayside Marketplace and more. They also provide service to and from Fort Lauderdale International Airport and surrounding area and Key West if flying into Key West or coming up to us in Islamorada to pick up your Keys Westys camper. The shuttle buses have free Wifi and luggage compartment / bicycle storage. Greyhound (www.Greyhound.com) also provides service to and from Islamorada from main points of Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Key West and other points. In 2022 the parent company of FlixBus purchased Greyhound and industry leaders anticipate great things. Keys Airport Shuttle (KeysShuttle) offers somewhat pricey and not-so-timely van service from all the airports door to door. If you think you're too cool for FlixBus, maybe this is your ride - But there's no free WiFi on board and not much hospitality according to feedback we've received.

We encourage people not to overpack. While there is quite a lot of storage underneath the platform behind the rear convertible sofa, we recommend compartmentalizing in bins rather than luggage. If you are flying in to Miami or Fort Lauderdale, we recommend keeping the luggage to a minimum. As a service to you, our Westy guests, we will provision the vehicle for as much of your adventure as possible. Filling the fridge for you, providing fresh, clean linens and towels; provisioning with cutlery, charcoal, fire ring wood, etc. - will make your time more gratifying at the camp site instead of the store. No, but all of the campgrounds in the Florida Keys offer bathrooms and bath houses with private bathrooms and showers. Additionally, we can provide a portable solar shower, which hangs in the sun to warm up and can then be used in is pop-up enclosure for privacy. Both are great to add to your adventure!

No! We take care of all the cleaning and steam cleaning upon your return. Just be sure to clean up your camp site, pack out all trash if there are not trash receptacles, and follow the exit rules of each campground you visit! We provide free trashbags in every Westy, you'll find them in the driver's side rear cubicle / bin.

Our cancellation policy is a full refund within 48 hours of a reservation, given that the reservation is at least 14 days in advance of the cancellation request; otherwise 50% refund up to 30 days prior to the reservation date. Less than 30 days in advance of reservation: nonrefundable.
